Hello. My name is Michael, and I am a certified fitness trainer and nutrition specialist. I started weight training several years ago, and it was insanely difficult to know what to do and how to do it. Every day, I was bombarded with youtube videos telling me to "do this every day" or magazine articles throwing another exercise into my already crowded workout. And, on top of that, nutrition "rules" continued to get more and more complex. I decided that the best thing I could do was to take certification classes in fitness and nutrition.
Now, I provide in-person and online training where I create individualized, periodized, and fun workouts for clients based on their current fitness level and the goals that they want to achieve.
